“It’s funny... I didn’t decide one day, ‘I know... I’ll become a health, fitness, nutrition and life coach'. 5 years ago I was at an all-time low. My health was deteriorating. I had no self-confidence and my mental health was unbalanced. My diet consisted of sugar and stodgy foods. My energy was seriously lacking. My gut health was appalling. My skin... dull, lifeless, flakey, inflamed... a reflection of my inner self. Exercise was a distant memory I once tried and dismissed and my self-worth was non-existent... are you getting the picture? I was a shell. I missed me. then one day it all changed.
I realised, that if you want change and different results, you have to do something you’ve never done. Something consistent, something that fits with your lifestyle, something that’s not faddy, something that lights you up, something your future self will thank you for.
I discovered health, I discovered me! I fell in love with how I felt. I soon realised I had been feeding myself with foods and noise that were not serving me... food that didn’t work in harmony with my body, mind or skin, and noise, gossip and bad vibes that had a negative impact on my mental health and self confidence.
Soon my energy increased and I started to feel incredible. My sleep and mental health improved dramatically, and I felt alive. People noticed and wanted to know what I was doing, and I felt the need to share my journey! So... I studied hard. I qualified as a nutritionist, followed by another qualification in health fitness and lifestyle coaching. My passion took me further into health and I qualified as a consultant in gut health in 2020.
This is such a huge part of my life and my passion... not only for myself but for helping others feel incredible.. that’s why I do what I do... for you...

“There was a time in my life when I was in a very dark place. I had poor mental health, my diet was atrocious, I had no routine day to day and my physical activity was occurring but sporadic and not benefiting me. There is a flip side to this. I have had some of the happiest days of my life, including becoming a dad, helping others excel in sports and seeing people grow into fantastic people through breaking addictions, fears and mental health challenges. There became a point where I knew I had to make a change. I became a qualified coach in a variety of sports and studied psychology. I took on learning how to aid people in improving their mental health, alongside working with individuals who struggled with the ability to function each day as felt they had no direction.
Life is blooming tough and some days can feel like the sun will never rise, but some days can feel like the sun will never come down. When I started to believe in the sun always shining and the fact the roller coaster of life has to be ridden I learnt this can be done with a smile on my face and with huge excitement and not anguish or fear. This led me to ensure I learnt something new every day and had a positive impact on all that was around me.
Seeing people come through adversity or change the way they have moving through life with a massive smile on their face and feeling strong enough to take on a challenge and remove any barrier is what I live for. The journey you will go on is my strength and drive and what inspires me to have a purpose and aid many people on the journey through life.”
